We have new Covid-19 procedures in
place as part of the LA County
requirements and because it also makes
sense and keeps us safe. With these new
daily procedures, you’ll still be
receiving the same great service from
our dedicated team; however, to ensure
the safety of our clientele, we’ve
implemented the following changes:
- You should receive a text
confirmation for your appointment 2
days before and again on the morning
of. There is a link that you need to
click on which will take you to a
Wellness Form. We are required to have
one for each and every time you come
in and receive treatment and to keep
them on file. Please fill out this form no later than 10pm the night before your appointment. The link to the Wellness
Form is here.
- Once you arrive at the office,
please wait in your car or in the courtyard outside our office and text us at
310.474.4787. We will let you know
when we are ready to see you. Our goal
is that you only touch the treatment
table. Let us open the door for you.
- You must have a mask on to enter our
office. Even if we’ll be working on
your face, you must have the mask in
place until we ask that it be removed.
We will be wearing facemasks but also
will wear face-shields when working on
a client’s face.
- Please use the restroom before you head to our office. Our goal is to minimize client contact and that includes the bathroom. More touching and contamination makes our job a lot more difficult and costly.
- Please do not bring anyone with you
to your appointment. We cannot allow anyone not getting a treatment to wait inside our facility as mandated by the
County of LA Dept of Public Health.
- We will have a disinfected tray to
put your personal belongings on, but
please do not bring anything more than
is absolutely needed.
- When you enter our office, we will
be checking your temperature and
sanitizing your hands.
- We have air purifiers in every
office space to maintain air quality.
- We are utilizing additional draping
techniques to eliminate contact during
the service and may also need to drape you.
- We will still be disinfecting
anything that has been touched by the
client or by the team while performing
a service. We have always done this
and will continue to do it with even
more gusto!
- We are also disinfecting anything
that is not part of the service that
has been touched by a client or team
member, such as door knobs, light
switches, toilet handles, computer
keyboard etc. after every client. This is why we ask that you not touch anything other than the treatment table. All of our disinfectant supplies and gloves have increased in price by 2-3x the pre-Covid price.
- We are social distancing, so once
the treatment is complete we ask that
you stand several feet (ideally 6)
away from us as we process payments
and reschedule you. We do have our
schedule on MindBody if you
download the app and sign in with your
email, it should prompt you to change
your password and then you will
connect with the client account we’ve
already been using for you. You can
see our schedules and book yourself
whenever you want.
- Please be on time. We will not be
able to give you your full treatment
time if you are late as that would
inhibit out ability to disinfect
properly. That does not mean you won’t
be required to pay us for the full
amount of time you booked, since we
set it aside for you. Our time is
important to us and we have even less
of it to give each day with the
additional protocols we must implement
between clients. We want to give you
the full amount of time so help us
make that happen.
- We have implemented contactless payments so you can now pay with Apple Pay.
We very much look forward to seeing
everyone and will do our best to make
this crazy time in the world as joyous
and full of gratitude as possible. We
are very thankful to have such wonderful
clients!
